February2009 Bishop's Blend Release Party Saturday February 4th - 12-5 at the warehouse location 12-8 at the Tasting Room next to Purple Cafe. It's been sold out but now it's back and we think you'll love this one just as much. Blend to be an around great red wine that goes with lots of different dishes at a great value. Pick some up for that Super Bowl party. Red Wine & Chocolates Galore! February 11th & 12th at both locations Pairing red wine and chocolate can be a challenge: Chocolate that is too sweet or two bitter makes the wine taste BAD! We'll be testing artisan chocolates with William Church wines (someone has to do it!) and select those match ups that really make both the chocolate and the wine taste delicious. Join us! $5/person helps us get the highest quality chocolates.
